Delivery is currently to the UK only
by 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and usually takes between 2
and 3 working days from time of purchase. The package will have to be

held responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods ordered once
they have left our premises. We will however do all we can to deal
promptly and efficiently with delivery problems when notified by our

our site, and the way product images and colours are shown. Order Acceptance
Prices
and goods are displayed on our site as accurately as possible and as
such are treated as "invitation to treat" your order is not accepted by
us until you have received the goods, our system generates automatic
emails, these confirm receipt of your order and in no way constitute
acceptance, we reserve the right to cancel any order with no reason at
any time until the goods delivered. Order Confirmation and Receipts
When you place your order online with Handbagstogo.com we advise
you to print off the summary of your order that will be shown on
your screen. You will automatically be sent an e-mail summarising
your order and informing you your order has been placed. Returning Goods
To ensure our customers receive their goods in perfect condition,
all goods are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Should
the goods you have ordered be unsuitable they may be returned to
us within 14 days from receipt for exchange or refund. Goods
returned must be 1) unused 2) in any original packaging (this
refers to any boxes or wrapping from the brand or manufacturer and
not to the wrapping materials used by us to send your goods), 3) be
accompanied by the receipt of purchase (we recommend you keep a copy
of this receipt). We will process your return to the purchasers
credit card or debit card (within 30 days). The costs of postage
or delivery for returns of this type are the customer's
responsibility and the cost of return postage cannot be included
in the refund. Please ensure the goods are suitably and adequately
wrapped in appropriate packaging for returning to us (e.g.
wrapping paper, bubble wrap, etc.). Should the goods
be faulty or arrive damaged (within a reasonable amount of time
from delivery) they can be returned to us for an exchange or refund.
YOU MUST CONTACT HANDBAGSTOGO.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT PRIOR TO RETURNING THE GOODS to notify us of the suspected fault. We will then inform you of our returns procedure.
